​Business Hours of Service: 
My regular business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. I perform most of my business operations during those regular business hours, but I do meet with customers for in-person consultations during evenings or weekends on a case-by-case basis. Also, I do not offer emergency services, but occasionally I can accommodate urgent repairs during regular business hours.

Phone and Email:

Please allow at least 24 hours for email responses. I try to respond to emails quickly, but I mainly use email for the transmission of invoices, documents, and short non-essential information. For more important matters, please call me instead during regular business hours. For phone calls on weekends or after business hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned the next business day or as soon as possible. Also, sometimes I am busy working during regular business hours, so please leave a voicemail message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.

I take on certain types of projects on a case-by-case basis, so the best way to determine if I can help you is to send me a detailed email with pictures of the existing space and as many details about your renovation or repair as possible. Also, please include in the email the age and type of house that you live in, the area of Ottawa that you’re located in, your phone number, and the timeline for the project. 

Also, please let me know where you found my contact information in your email or phone call. I get a lot of referrals from existing customers, so it’s just nice to know who gave out my information to someone. Plus, I get a lot of new customers from my website, Facebook page, online reviews, and advertisements, so it’s hard to keep track of where new customers come from sometimes. Thank you! 

Areas of Work Within the City of Ottawa: 
My areas of work are mostly within the urban portion of the City of Ottawa. I work mostly within the boundary from Orleans in the east, to Barrhaven in the south and Kanata in the west. I will work outside those areas on a case-by-case basis.    

​Construction Trades, Subcontractors, Design Consultants & Material Suppliers:
I frequently hire subcontractors to assist on various projects, and I am always looking to network with talented construction trades, subcontractors, design consultants, and material suppliers.   

Currently, I am looking for subcontractors with multiple trade skills to assist on various projects on a project-by-project basis. Workers skilled in drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, and general repairs are preferable and subcontractors with WSIB clearance and liability insurance.
